…why not join Grand Theft Impro as we welcome not three, but two sensational guests? GTI founder Alan Marriott is paying London a flying visit to teach some impro workshops – hey, why don’t you sign up for one here? Also joining us will be actor and man-of-a-thousand-faces, Dan Starkey. Given that Alan is a man-of-a-thousand-voices, there’s a chance that you may see up to a million characters portrayed in just one show. This represents a major breakthrough in value for money

Alan Marriott – founder of Grand Theft Impro, Alan is now back in his native Toronto. Alan is a voice-over maestro and to all young Americans it is he, not Neil Morrissey, who will always be Bob the Builder. He was in The Reduced Shakespeare Company, brought Theatresports  to London and devised or co-devised Hamlet Improvised, The Impro Musical and Impropera.

Dan Starkey is Commander Strax, the Sontaran with a head like a conker, in something called Doctor Who. He’s also been in The Sarah Jane Adventures and Wizards vs Aliens and he put in a memorable turn in the award-winning Inside No. 9. Onstage he’s been in the brilliant The 39 Steps and The Fitzrovia Radio Hour.
