Just in time for the last show of the current season, this Thursday’s Grand Theft Impro sees the return of the enigma that is Dylan Emery. Dylan has, of course, been away from GTI performing in London’s glittering West End with the unstoppable impro juggernaut – or impronaut – Showstopper and garnering reviews like…

“Incredible… so polished, it defies belief.” (Daily Telegraph)

“Cracklingly creative… a triumph.” (The Times)

“A success story that could run and run.” (Evening Standard)

“Staggeringly good… a must-see.” (The Stage)

“Prepare to be wowed… Showstopper! might be the only West End show you ever need.” (Chortle)

‘Don’t miss the sublimely talented Showstoppers’ improvised musical’ (Stephen Fry.)

Impressive, eh? But will success have changed Dylan? Will he be wearing a velvet smoking jacket and using a cigarette holder? Will he be calling everyone “love” or “chum” and arriving just in time for “the half”? Will he only communicate through anecdotes?  Will he want “to go on somewhere” even when he’s already gone to bed?

Or will success have changed him?

This Thursday, you – yes, you – can fi… – no, not you – can find out.

Come and see the actual line-up of Grand Theft Impro perform together on the same stage for the first time since 1973.
