or pay on the door.

Joining Charlotte Gittins and Phil Whelans are two tremendous guests…

Lee Simpson – Lee is many people’s favourite improviser – including many who are themselves extremely good at impro. Comedy Store Player for 25 years, member of Paul Merton’s Impro Chums, founder member of Improbable Theatre; Lee is great.

David Reed One third of monster hit sketch team The Penny Dreadfuls, David has been on TV in such shows as Gary: Tank Commander, Fast and Loose, It’s Kevin (which Phil was in too) and Father Figure.

The Haggerston Impro festival is the Cannes of Improv Festivals; glamorous, sunny, chock full of celebrities and near a canal in East London.

See you there, we hope.

Then it’s our first show back at…

The Wheatsheaf,
25 Rathbone Place,
London W1T 1JB. (Tottenham Court Road tube)

Tickets: £5.50 online at grandtheftimpro.com/tickets or £7 on the door.

Joining Charlotte and Phil will be two more marvellous guests…
Lauren Shearing has done stand-up, cabaret, sketch comedy… you name it. As long as those three things are what you name. A Monkey Toast Player, Lauren is also one half (or oneprov) of two-person  improv show (or twoprov), Breaking & Entering. She also appeared in Newsrevue, ITV’s Comedy Cuts, the Edinburgh Fringe and has presented interactive kids shows for CBBC.
Richard Soames is one of critically acclaimed sketch group The Beta Males. His writing credits include Radio 4′s Sketchorama and Newsjack. Like Charlotte and Phil, he’s a member of Monkey Toast, and a guest cast member of impro behemoth Austentatious. His first solo show was a critically acclaimed Edinburgh sell out, and he also wrote for, and appeared in, Edinburgh Newcomer Award-nominated The Story Beast.

See you there for what we think might be shows one and two in the thirty-eighth season in thirteen years of Grand Theft Impro.
